New technology has created formulas that add subtle sparkle, rather than all-out garish glitter. Except on nails; here were are now able to add more glitter, sequins and confetti than we ever thought possible.
For me, it’s easiest to add sparkle to the eyes, as many brands now have fantastic offerings in this department. You need to build the layers slowly, though, as it’s easy to go over the top.
