{ Review } Filorga Hand-Absolute

Filorga Hand-Absolute, R400

What they say: An intensive treatment for dry and damaged hands – brittle, ridged nails – dark spots, uneven skin tone – ageing skin. Think of it as an anti-ageing manicure in 30 days.

Four actions combined in a single non-greasy and ultra-absorbent cream:

Absolute nutrition- a plant sugar with intense 72h non-stop hydrating action. An ultra repairing complex of exclusive butters (Shea+cocoa) for hands that are deeply nourished right from the first application and even after repeated washing

Complete anti-ageing- plumping hyaluronic acid combined with smoothing collagen and a lipoaminoacid with a filler effect to visibly rejuvenate hands within 30 days

Perfectly even skin tone- a rare sea-lily extract that inhibits melanin synthesis to restore an even skin tone to the hands

Keratin-booster for the nails- a pro-cytosine complex that stimulates keratin to improve nail quality and boost its growth

What I say: As per usual, I adore this launch from Filorga.

I’ve been using the cream twice a day for two weeks now, and my hands look younger already.

I’m quite pedantic about putting sunscreen on the backs of my hands, but they tend to look old and crêpey in the cooler weather.

This formula has left them looking plump, smooth and more even in tone. The few sunspots I have seem greatly reduced, too, so can’t wait to see the difference after another two weeks.

It also does a wonderful job at keeping cuticles tidy and nails strong. I’ve been using the essence Triple Care on my nails, so haven’t noticed a huge difference in them, but my cuticles are definitely better behaved.
