It was bizarre because I hadn’t changed any products in my routine, but I finally traced it down to the Vitamin B supplements I was taking. Vitamins B6 and 12 can increase the bacteria on your skin that leads to spots – so annoying. Anyway. I’ve stopped taking the Vitamin B, and my skin is slowing clearing. Along with salicylic acid, I’ve been treating the very congested areas with charcoal masks, and this one from Sknlogic has been working a treat. Most charcoal masks dry out my skin, but this one and the Dermalogica Charcoal Rescue Masque aren’t drying at all.
