SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Eye Complex, R1330.
What they say: The signs of intrinsic aging, caused by internal factors such as hormonal shifts and metabolic slowdown, are most evident in the delicate eye area. A.G.E. Eye Complex is a three-dimensional treatment that contains a unique combination of ingredients to dramatically improve the appearance of dark circles, wrinkles, and puffiness caused by intrinsic aging.
– Proxylane™ reduces wrinkles and crow’s feet
– Blueberry extract helps prevent future wrinkles and crow’s feet
– Complex of flavonoids and synergistic peptides reduces the appearance of dark circles and diminishes puffiness and under-eye bags
– Optical diffusers improve radiance in tired, dull eyes
What I say: Since turning 30 my eye care has turned serious. Looking at both my parents, I know I have to fight this battle with the best weapons possible. Wrinkly eyes are the Achilles Heel of the Schofield/Staggs clan, but I just won’t stand for it. Enter SkinCeuticals’ new eye complex.
Now I know that the price is eye watering (not great for crow’s feet), but with the quality of ingredients used in the cream, you’ll just have to suck it up if you want results. If you are happy to push a basic moisturiser around you eye area, with no benefits except a bit more hydration, then great. Off to PnP you go! I understand that this is a massive price tag for an eye cream, but this isn’t ‘just an eye cream’. It will change the texture and appearance of the skin around your eyes.
Over the last year or so I’ve noticed a huge increase in both crow’s feet and laughter lines around my eyes. I’ve tried a few ‘big promises’ products, but none really blew me away. Until this.
I’ve been using the cream for 6 weeks now, and honestly cannot believe how much it has done for my eye area! My crow’s feet are actually almost GONE! And my laughter lines are much less noticeable. The texture has changed, too. The skin is plump and much firmer than before.
I see the most remarkable difference fist thing in the morning. Before I used to look like I’d been crying in my sleep, my eyes were so puffy and wrinkled. Now I actually look like I’ve had a decent amount of sleep (even on nights when I haven’t).
If you have eye area issues, I highly, highly recommend you give this cream a try! I wouldn’t recommend you spend this amount of money on a little pot of cream unless I absolutely believed it was worth it.
Now I just wish they hadn’t packaged it in a pot… Sorry, SkinCeuticals, I’m never going to stop asking for airless packaging. Ever.
