Chanel Cruise Collection 2017

I can’t fathom how Chanel makes every makeup collection more exquisite than the last, and the press release on this one is gorgeous, too!

The collection is based on ‘relaxed freedom’, and makes me want to jet off to the south of France and never come back.

There are 5 shades of Les Beige Healthy Glow Luminous Glow (R900), undoubtedly the only bronzer you will ever need, regardless of your skin tone.

Lips are glazed in two shades of Rouge Coco Shine (R610) or three shades of Rouge Coco Stylo (R630).

The eyes are mysterious thanks to two shades of Style Yeux Waterproof (R450), possible the best formula in its class. And topped with either brown or green versions of Mascara Inimitable Waterproof (R575).

And finally, nails are adorned with the most temping four shades of Le Vernis Longue Tenue (R450).

It’s often difficult to incorporate such summery hues into a winter look, but these two caught my eye. As I mentioned before, the Healthy Glow Luminous Colour from the Les Beiges collection is a perfect tone for all skin types, and will add a hint of colour to even the palest of complexions. I use the shade medium light, for those of you wanting a  reference. And the other is the deepest green polish I’ve ever laid eye on, Sargasso!
