Summer count down – 8

Number 8 on my list is Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies Flared Mascara.

I know there have been some mixed reviews about this product, but I personally love it. And will be wearing it all summer! A glamourous big sister to the original The Falsies, the Flared version delivers the same amount of volume. What makes it better is the spoon-shaped brush that presses the lashes into a cat-like flick. The flexible-hold formula ensures that your curl is kept in place for hours.

The key to getting that perfect flare is in the application. Maybelline suggests for best results, apply the spoon curler brush with the spoon side against the lashes and then flare outwards with the flat side from root to tip.
