Today sees the launch of Clarins’ Autumn colour look. And it’s their prettiest yet.
Ombre Minerale makes me excited for winter, which is quite a feat. I love spring summer and autumn, and the idea of winter, but once it’s here, I get very bored of it, very quickly. Unless, of course, I am able to be in bed listening to the rain.
The collection sees the launch of 10 new eye mono shades, each more sumptuously autumnal than the last. They range from White Sparkle through to Dark Chocolate. The formula has been improved on, delivering longer lasting, deeper colour pay-off.
There are, naturally, a few limited edition shades of the delicious Rouge Prodige. Spiced Orange, Fig, Pink Orchid and Dark Cherry join the already 19 shade strong range for a limited time.
Instant Definition Mascara has 3 permanent shades that are joined by Intense Plum, also for a limited time this season. The plum shade will make blue and green eyes pop. The brush is impressive too, as the clever design means that every single lash (even the tiny, stumpy ones) will be lengthened and separated.
The cherry on the collection’s cake is the limited edition Colour Accents Face and Blush Powder. It’s a cunning blush and powder combo that’s suitable for all skin types and delivers a soft luminous finish.
The collection is at Clarins counters now for a limited time. The Eye Mono’s are R240 each; Rouge Prodige, R235; Instant Definition Mascara, R255; and Colour Accents Face and Blush Powder, R375.
