What’s New at Clicks
If you’ve been into a Clicks store recently, you may have noticed their new ‘What’s New’ stands.
This is a brilliant idea. The idea is to create awareness and educate consumers about new brands on products on the shelves.
Here’s what you’ll find on the stands this month:
Jerome Russell, the UK’s number 1 selling blonde hair care brand is here. If you have blonde locks in need of some TLC or want to go a bit lighter, you can get your hands on Highlighting Kits (for girls and guys), R99.95 each; Lifting Kits, R99.95 each; Colour Toner in 3 shades, R69.95 and Lightening Spray, R74.95.
I’ve shown you madness that is Ministry of Beauty Dramatica Nails. Have a look here if you missed it. There are 10 styles to choose from as well as some pretty crazy body tattoos. The nails are R99.95 per pack and the tattoos R79.95.
On the beauty block for over 30 years, Fade Out is one of the most popular skin evening brands on the market in the UK. It has been clinically proven (more than once) to lighten and even out the skin tone in just 4 weeks. A host of natural actives help to inhibit melanin transfer to the upper layers of the skin. Clicks have brought in their 4 top sellers; the Rejuvenating Anti-Wrinkle Cream, Nourishing Night Cream, Protecting Day Cream and the Original Moisturising Cream, R120 each.
Inhibitiv is described as ‘like a laser in a bottle’. It’s a serum that promises to reduce the need for hair removal after 8 weeks of continuous use. The latest addition is for the face, but there is a body one too. I’m not convinced about this yet – I’m trialing the body one at the moment, so I’ll let you know. If you want to give it a go yourself, look for Inhibitiv Hair-Free Face Serum, R300.
And finally, Santhilea Magnetic Mascara, R300, is the best alternative to false lashes I’ve seen in a long, long time. It’s a three step process, but worth the effort. You apply a coat of the mascara, and then while it’s still wet, you apply the fine fibre powder – this builds volume and length. Finish with a second coat of mascara to hold it all in place.
The formula contains vitamin E and hyaluronic acid to nourish and protect your lashes.
If you have any question about any of the brands, get hold of the kids at Clicks on 0860 CLICKS (254 257) or at www.clicks.co.za

Hi Denell
I’m sure it’s been discontinued by now, sadly. This post is over 4 years old 🙁
