Nivea’s cult firming range gets an energising boost this season.
The Q10 body range is a bikini season institution, and this year they’ve introduced something they call an “energy complex” to the formula.
This new formula works to stimulate skin cell renewal thanks to Q10 – a substance produced naturally in the body to boost cellular metabolism, but which decreases with age. It is also offers great antioxidant protection. L-Carnitine and Creatine have been added to further the firming properties. L-Carnitine is basically a building block for protein, therefore enabling the creation energy rather than fat accumulation. Creatine is an amino acid derivative that acts like a generator for the cells – making sure there is enough energy for them to do their basic functions.
These three ingredients combine to form a complex that Nivea claims can firm and tone your skin in just two weeks.
The new formula comes in fancy new packaging too – look for products with the Q10 “powerball” on the front label.
