What I say: I first tried Babor ampules in their advent calendar last year, and loved them (read my full review here). So I was quite excited when this course of 7 ampules landed on my desk. The idea is that you add them into your regular routine, as a week long booster.

Since my trip, my skin has been in a strange adjustment phase. It was really dry and dull – a perfect time to give these babies a try.

And wow! A week later, I have plump, soft and hydrated skin! My complexion is brighter and the fine lines around my eyes are much less visible.

I know they aren’t cheap, but I think they are well worth the investment, and perfect for this time of year when most of our skins could do with a little boost.
