Enter this beauty from John Frieda. This is a very rich mask for super-damaged hair (as the name suggests). It’s fast working, too. Most intense masks have to left on for 10 – 20 minutes – who has time for that in the shower? This one works in just 2 (5 if you’re hair is straw-like).

I left it on for 2 minutes in the shower and then didn’t apply ANY Moroccanoil oil afterwards. Incredibly, my hair was soft, silky and stupidly shiny.

This will be staying put on my bathroom shelf permanently.
