L’Occitane Citrus Verbena Collection

I realise it’s only the first week of February, but I’m already dreaming of holidays.

Thankfully L’Occitane sent me on a wonderful mini break with the launch of their latest collection.

Join me on a white washed terrace over looking the sparkling Mediterranean courtesy of L’Occitane Citrus Verbena.

Organic verbena from Provence has been blended with Mediterranean grapefruit and lemon to create a scent that lifts the spirit and energises the soul. It’s marketed as a unisex fragrance, but I think it’s more of a girl’s scent. Its zesty and citrus notes lend itself to the more feminine side of the olfactory scale rather than the masculine woody, spicy notes.

I’m utterly smitten with the EDT, which I’ve worn every day for the last two weeks. And the hand cream is worth mentioning, too. It has a light, gel-like texture that instantly absorbs into your skin, leaving a subtle hint of verbena behind.
