New in from Sisley

Sisley is one of my favourite brands, so am always keen to try out a few new products.

Instant Éclat Instant Glow Primer (R1025) If you want radiant, glowy skin (who doesn’t?) then this is your one stop shop. It evens out skintone, hides ashiness and plumps up the skin. It’s fabulous under makeup, but I like to wear it on it’s own for a healthy, natural look.

Phyto Sourcils Design 3-in-1 Brow Architect Pencil in Cappuccino (R725) Is honestly everything you need for perfect brows. At one end there is a spooly brush to tidy wayward hairs. At the other you not only get a beautifully soft, waxy brow pencil, but there is also a gorgeous soft gold highlighter to emphasise your brow line. The triangular pencil part makes for super easy application and a natural looking finish. Both formulas last all day without smudging, too.

Phyto Sourcils Fix Thickening Gel in Medium Dark (R615) This brow gel thickens, defines and sets in no time. I normally use this on its own, but if I’m going to be out all night, I use it over the top of the Phyto Sourcils Design 3-in-1 Brow Architect Pencil. When I use it on its own, I brush my brows upwards, and then into place to thicken them and it works a treat.

Phyto Eye Twist Long-Lasting Waterproof Eyeshadow in Steel (R576) I’m so happy to have another shade in this. I about to finish my Emerald one, and can’t wait to start wearing this colour. The formula is soft and velvety so super easy to blend, but once dry, it stays put until you take makeup remover to it. The pencil shape allows you to use it as both a shadow and a liner.

Phyto Blush Twist Long-Lasting Cream-to-Powder Blush in Glow (R765) This is another product I’ve used for a while now. I have the shade Fushia, which is my perfect pink blush shade. This one is more of a highlighting shade with soft gold shimmer. As the name suggests, the formula goes on creamy, so is easy to blend, and then sets into a satin powder finish.

Phyto Lip Twist Tinted Balm in Mango Mat (R576) I have 4 or 5 Phyto Lip Twists, and I adore the formula (I’ve recently gotten my sister addicted, too), but this is my first matte version. It isn’t intensely matte, but doesn’t have any sheen. The formula is creamy and doesn’t dry out the lips, and as a result, you can get away with wearing it on no-so-perfect lips, which you definitely can’t with most matte formulas.
