La Roche-Posay Lipikar Stick AP+

La Roche-Posay Lipikar Stick AP+ (R170)

What they say: Instantly relieves scratching urges and reduces eczema lesions. Anytime, anywhere. For atopic eczema-prone skin, itchy skin, irritated skin or dry patches.
Instant anti-itch soothing to replace scratching reflex.

Reduces eczema lesions with lipid-replenishing shea butter and anti-inflammatory madecassoside and anti-bacterial zinc gluconate.

What I say: I don’t have eczema, thankfully, but I do get very dry, irritated hands from washing them so often. The urge to scratch is often too much to handle, and I end up making my knuckles and the heels of my palms raw.

This little stick is so incredible, I could hardly believe it the first time I tried it. It instantly soothes the skin, alleviating any itchiness and hydrating any dry patches. The formula absorbs well, and doesn’t leave the skin sticky or oily.

The stick makes for super convenient application, as you don’t have to worry about washing your hands (which would be very counter-productive in my case).

If you or your kids suffer with atopic or eczema-prone skin, you need to get one of these as soon as possible. It will also be a handbag must have for Jozi girls throughout the dry, harsh winter.

You can get it online from Dermastore here.
