What they say: Black Rose Precious Face Oil is Sisley’s first skin care oil for dry or mature skin. With a high concentration of active ingredients, this silky-smooth dry oil prepares, and nourishes with an anti-aging effect.

Rich in omega 3 and 6, it prepares the skin to receive its daily skin care. This oil provides the essential elements for the skin’s vitality and youthfulness with its powerful blend of plant-based active ingredients that nourish, regenerate and protect (Padina pavonica, unsaponifiables of avocado and natural tocopherols). Plum and camelina oils maintain the lipid balance of the epidermis.

Black Rose extract lies at the heart of the formula and lends a wonderful silky softness. It is combined with essential oils of Bulgarian rose and magnolia, which have toning and soothing properties for a delicious awakening of the senses. 

Visibly smooths wrinkles and fine lines, and revitalizes the skin for a radiant complexion.

What I say: As you’ve probably guessed, I ADORE this oil. The Black Rose Face Mask is my favourite face mask of all time, so I literally squealed with delight when the PR told me about this addition to the range.

I’ve been using it for 3 weeks and, and cannot believe the difference in my skin. It’s softer, plumper, more supple and has a dewiness that I’ve never had before. Having had dry skin most of my life, I have been in search of healthy-looking, hydrated, dewy skin for over 15 years. I wouldn’t even want to hazard a guess at the number of products I have tried and tested in the name of hydrated skin. And, yes there have been a select few that have given me something really close, but nothing has delivered as much as this has.

I’m aware that the price tag is eye-wateringly high, but this oil has finally given me the skin I’ve always wanted, and actually always knew was possible – it was just a matter of finding the correct fit for my skin.

The bottle contains 25ml, which doesn’t sound like very much, but I only use 3 drops a day. 3 drops! That means the bottle is going to last months and months – so per use, it is probably the same as an anti-aging cream you can buy at Clicks. The only difference being that this oil works so well, you can actually see massive changes in just a matter of weeks!

Although, this is hardly surprising as Sisley always prides itself on using on the very best quality ingredients to ensure their clients get the best results. This oil is testament to their dedication to quality and result-driven results.
