New in | Elizabeth Arden fragrances
There isn’t a fragrance house that can consistently produce such universally appealing scents as Elizabeth Arden. Just this year, I’ve introduced you to 5th Avenue NYC Red, White Tea Vanilla and White Tea Wild Rose. The brand’s two latest releases are just as delectable.
Say hello to Green Tea Pear Blossom, and the much-awaited White Tea Mandarin Blossom.

Let’s start with Green Tea Pear Blossom (R480 for 100ml EDT). This version of the iconic scent is like summer in a bottle. Pear, bergamot and lemon make up the fresh top note, which gives way to a floral heart of Anjou pear tree blossom, jasmine sambac absolute India, green tea accord and mate absolute. The warming base sees radiant musks combined with amber and white moss.

White Tea Mandarin Blossom (R595 for 30ml EDT and R895 for 100ml EDT) is a sexier scent, more mature and serious. With a similar top note to the Green Tea Pear Blossom, it starts with mandarin, bergamot, lemon and exotic fruit notes. The heart is delicately floral with white tea being joined by orange flower, neroli and jasmine. The base is deep and warming thanks to luminous musks, Cedarwood, Osmanthus and ambrox.
Both are beautiful scents for summer, and White Tea Mandarin Blossom will wear well into winter. They are available now in selected department stores and online from Superbalist.
